Return or Exchange for U.S. Orders
Return or Exchange for Non-U.S. Orders

You may return or exchange your fully functional and undamaged Oura Ring for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your ring in the mail) for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges from your original order, including UK VAT or other customs fees, are non-refundable.

Please note: we allow only one return or exchange per original order. This means you can either (1) return your original ring once for a refund, or (2) exchange it once for a size or color change within the same price bracket.


Return or Exchange for U.S. Orders

Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges from Russia at this time.

To return or exchange an order from the United States:

  1. Initiate a return request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label
    • This label will only work if you're returning your ring directly from the continental United States

  2. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order
    • Your order number (SO-XXXXXXXX) is in your order confirmation email and on your invoice

  3. Select the item to return or exchange
    • For exchange: select the desired size and color of the replacement ring
    • For refund: provide a reason for the return

  4. Select a return location
  5. Review your return details and select "Submit"
  6. Print the return label
    • If you do not have a printer, or proper shipping materials, these steps can be completed at the FedEx drop-off location

  7. Pack your Oura Ring, charger, and USB cable in a secure package. Affix the return label to the outside of the package
    • If you don't have the original white box that the Oura Ring came in, you can use a small box or padded envelope, as long as the contents are properly protected for transit

  8. Drop off your labeled return package at the designated FedEx shipping location
    • Once your return package has shipped back to us, you will receive an email confirming that your refund or replacement has been processed
    • For returns, you will see a refund to your original form of payment within 4-5 business days
    • In the case of an exchange, you will receive your replacement Oura Ring within 10-15 business days

Return or Exchange for Non-U.S. Orders

To return or exchange an order from outside the United States:

  1. Submit a request here for a refund or exchange
    • For an exchange: include your original order number, as well as the desired size and color of the replacement ring
    • Your order number (SO-XXXXXXXX) is in your order confirmation email and on your invoice

  2. You'll be asked to confirm your address, phone number, and email
  3. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and your information will be passed along to our carrier partner, DHLE
  4. DHLE will email you directly to arrange a pickup from your location
    • You will not be charged for this pickup service

  5. This email will include your package tracking number, a pre-paid return label, and (if necessary) a commercial invoice for customs purposes
    • If you do not receive the DHLE email, please check your spam folder

  6. Print out all of the included forms
    • If you’re unable to print the forms on your own, contact DHL directly via the information in their email, and they can bring labels to you during pickup

  7. Pack your Oura Ring, charger, and USB cable in a secure package
    • If you don't have the original white box that the Oura Ring came in, you can use a small box or padded envelope, as long as the contents are properly protected for transit

  8. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package
  9. Attach both the pre-paid return label and commercial invoice (if applicable) to the outside of your return package
    • If these are left out, or placed inside your package, your return may be held up at customs

  10. DHL will collect your return package from your address at the agreed time
    • You will receive an email from Oura confirming that your refund or replacement has been processed
    • For returns, you will see a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days
    • In the case of an exchange, you will receive your replacement Oura Ring within 10-15 business days
