Within the My Account portal, you can view your order details, confirm your ring size, start a return or exchange, or manage your Oura Membership. Note: the My Account portal is not the same as your Oura account.

How to Log In to My Account
- Visit ouraring.com/my-account
- Enter your Oura Ring account email used to place your original order. If you received Oura as a gift, this would be the email address your gift giver entered into the "Recipient Email" field
- Click Submit
- Find the confirmation email in your inbox and click Login. This will redirect you to the My Account portal
My Account can also be accessed through the Oura App:
- Select the
menu in the upper left-hand corner of the Home
tab
- Select "
Settings"
- Scroll to "Account"
- Select "Manage membership"
Manage Oura Membership
Oura Membership provides full access to the Oura App for daily health insights, personalized recommendations, an ever-growing suite of innovative features, and more.
Oura Membership applies only to the Gen3 ring.
In the "Membership" tab of My Account, you can:
- Enter or edit membership payment details
- View membership status or expiration date
- View past billing cycles and invoices
- Download PDF versions of past invoices
- Cancel membership
- Restart a canceled membership
Edit Payment Details
Click on Edit Payment Method to update your credit card or PayPal details.
Note: entering a new email address into your billing information will not update your Oura account's email address. See this article to change your account email address.
View and Download Invoices
To see a record of your membership payments, select View Invoice History in the Membership tab. You can also download PDF invoices of your monthly membership charges. Simply click the download icon next to the amount in your invoice history.
Cancel or Restart Membership
You can cancel your Oura Membership at any time. Click on Cancel Membership and then "Confirm Cancelation." If you decide to cancel, Oura Membership benefits and services will remain accessible until the end of your complimentary month or the current month's payment cycle.
To restart a canceled membership, select Renew Subscription.

Manage Orders
In the "Orders" tab of My Account, you can:
- View or verify your ring size
- View your ring's finish (color)
- Track orders and find shipping details (including the SO-XXXX sales order number)
- Start a return or exchange
Confirm Ring Size
Once you've received your sizing kit and found the right fit, you’ll need to confirm your Oura Ring size through the My Account portal.
- Log in to My Account
- Select Order Details from the top left of your portal
- The ring style and finish you originally ordered will be displayed here. Under "Size," choose your size using the drop-down menu
- Select Submit once you’ve entered your ring size. If there are multiple items in your order, you’ll need to update each item in the order with a size before our team can ship them
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse
If you ordered multiple rings in the same order, you’ll also see them in My Account. Orders will not ship until every item in the order has been confirmed with a size.
Start an Exchange or Return
Customers within the US, Finland, Canada, or Germany can start an exchange or return by:
- Logging in to My Account
- Clicking Return/Exchange in the Orders tab. This will redirect you to our returns portal
- Fill out the Order Number and purchase email address
Customers outside the US, Finland, Canada or Germany can start the return or exchange process by contacting us.

You may return or exchange your fully functional and undamaged Oura Ring for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your ring in the mail) for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges from your original order, including UK VAT or other customs fees, are non-refundable. Refunds are made in the same currency as the original payment and will reflect current exchange rates.
We allow only one return or exchange per item. This means you can return your original ring once for a refund, or exchange it once for a size or color change in the same price range.
Size, style, and color changes cannot be made after one exchange has already been completed. A return for refund after an exchange has already been completed is also not possible.
For multiple ring orders, we do not allow returns and exchanges within the same transaction. If you would like to return one ring and exchange a different ring within the same order, you will have to do separate transactions.

Track Shipments
Oura will send shipping confirmation emails for your sizing kit shipment (if applicable), and for your Oura Ring shipment (after you've confirmed your ring size).
You can also track the status of your shipments by:
- Logging in to My Account
- Clicking Track Order in the Orders tab

Change Ring Size or Color
To change the finish (color) or size of your purchased ring, please contact our team. Cancellations or changes to your order must be made before you select your ring size. If your ring has already shipped and you’d still like to make changes to your ring finish or size, you’ll need to wait until your ring arrives, then start an exchange.
Cancel Order
Unfulfilled Oura Ring orders can be canceled from the "Orders" tab in the My Account portal.
Orders can be canceled only before they have been fulfilled, i.e. selected for shipping.
Change Delivery Address
To change the delivery address for an order that has already shipped, please contact the carrier found in your shipping confirmation email.
